Vrem opinia ta!

Masini.ro a inceput sa construiasca cea mai mare baza de date auto, cladita pe marginea si cu ajutorul opiniilor utilizatorilor si proprietarilor de automobile.
Ai o masina, ai avut una, sau mai multe? Esti cunoscator auto?
Scrie-ti opinia despre masina ta si despre masinile pe care le cunosti. Ajuta-ne sa facem cunoscute masinile asa cum sunt ele de fapt, nu in baza reclamelor producatorilor sau dealerilor auto! Da-i o nota generala masinii tale! O opinie pertinenta si motivata face cat 10 reclame!

iaca cum decurge operatiunea:
se iau ceasurile vechi, se scaneaza, se proiecteaza vectorial in corel , se duc la plotter, se decupeaza si apoi incepe montajul.

dupa decuparea si lipirea autocolantului pe plastic.
albul pe un plastic transparent, negrul pe unul albastru care va da si culoarea cifrelor.

pai eu le-as monta si ACUM, dar am niscavai probleme la montatul acelor la loc laugh.gif , ca am mai incercat o data si nu mi-a iesit laugh.gif

asa ca il astept pe dan , care culege via laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

vai , vai ce s-a bucurat ieri cand l-am sunat , ca a mai luat si el o pauza de la struguri.

mi-a spus ca vine in WE acasa :cheers:

Ok,atunci poate dati si voi un tel la mine sa vin si eu pe acolo,sa fac niste poze.Oricum trebuia sa trec pe langa tine ca am de dat niste beri...de la poza cu bordu la suzuki. smile.gif

iata cum decurg lucrurile.

se iau o pereche de ceasuri veche ( zise perechea ca's trei la numar) , se scaneaza si se deseneaza in corel vectorial.

se duc la o firma ce taie in autocolant si acolo sunt decupate.

se duc acasa, se prelucreaza si se lipesc pe plastic colorat dupa preferinte. plastic se gaseste la cei ce leaga carti sub forma de coperti.

se desface bordul.

este nevoie de o surubelnita in cruce si o cheie , de preferat tubulara de 9 parca. cheia este folosita doar la 2 suruburi.

se desface carcasa de la volan.

se trage volanul in jos.

se desface parte de sub bord si se da jos. sunt in partea stanga 2 suruburi, 2 pe marginea superioara de la cutia de sigurante, si unul in partea dreapta imediat sub butonul de reglaj al farurilor.

se desface fata neagra a ceasurilor si se trage cu putere inafara pana iese cu totul butonul de reglaj al farurilor. se roteste in sensul acelor de ceas.

se desfac suruburile care tin placa metalica ce a iesit la suprafata.

se desfac inca 2 suruburi ce leaga de placa respectiva ceasurile de bord.

se desfac si celelate 2 suruburi de langa aceastea.

se trage bordul in jos si spre dreapta .

se desface surubul din stanga sus a bordului.

se trage in stanga si se desface surubul din partea dreapta sus.

acum cu ceasurile de bord libere se scot mufele din spate si cu o surubelnita se forteaza afara cablul de kilometraj.

GATA.

in continuare poze din timpul desfasurarii ostilitatilor.

o poza dupa ce am dat jos bordul. se observa "senzorii" de temperatura si benzina si gaura unde era vitezometrul, precum si mufa de la ledul de stare. ledul a fost inlocuit cu unul albastru si cu aceasta mutare coborat mai jos.

in stanga sus holsuruburile ce tin plexigasul ceasurilor. imediat sub ele sunt niste ace , care tin fetele ceasurilor lipite pe plexiglas. de asemenea exista si niste lipici pe plexi. eu am mai folosit niste super glue

super glue , clestele folosit la scoatele cuielor de pe plexi, si fata turometrului vechi .
