Potrivit Legii nr. 571/2003 puteti directiona impozitul anual pe veniturile obtinute in anul precedent din salarii sau asimilate salariilor, catre Asociatia noastra. Impozitul a fost virat deja la bugetul Statului, iar procentul de 2% la care se refera legea nu se plateste suplimentar. Daca nu doriti sa directionati procentul mentionat mai suscatre Asociatia noastra, banii vor ramane la bugetul Statului, care ii va folosi dupa cum crede de cuviinta. Ca urmare, v-am fi recunoscatori daca dumneavoastra impreuna cu membrii familiei, rudele, colegii de serviciu sau prietenii dumneavostra, ati ajuta ASOCIATIA DE SCLEROZA MULTIPLA VALCEA!
Formularul 230 (Cerere privind destinatia sumei reprezentand pana la 2% din impozitul anual) il puteti solicita de la Asociatia de Scleroza Multipla Valcea la adresa de e-mail smvalcea@yahoo.com sau telefonic la numarul 0743.882.057 pana la sfarsitul lunii aprilie anul curent.
