Ca asa se cere in UE no.gif !

Postez scrisoarea aici:

Dear Mr ****,
Unfortunately I can not understand Romanian, so I could not read the article you sent me. But I am not aware of any EU legal initiative that would ban (used) "non-Euro" cars from a certain date onwards. Moreover I doubt that there would be any European legal basis for mandating such a ban, even if there was some "political" will to do so.

However, national measures for protecting air quality either on the entire territory of a Member States or at some critical local hot spots, e.g. to comply with respective European air quality legislation (e.g. http://europa.eu/rapid/pressReleasesAction...guiLanguage=en), could be introduced by individual Member States. On the other hand it would have to be investigated whether a total ban of "non-Euro" cars in this respect by one particular Member State would not be disproportionate and in conflict with free movement rules of the EU.

Best regards,
Klaus Steininger

Si in Ungaria, de ex Trabantistii si cei care detin motoare in 2 timpi au primit aviz pana la 2011 sau 2012 ca sa-si monteze catalizatoare. SI astfel pot circula si ei. Deci dormi linistit
