Job Title: Key Account Manager
Reports to: Commercial Director
Main responsibilities:
• Quick market intelligence to gather information relevant to the definition of the Company sales strategy on Large Fleets Accounts;
• Is responsible for assuring existing customers loyalty and for prospecting and acquiring new customers aiming at implementing long term relationships;
• Negotiates sales conditions with assigned customers with respect to margins defined by the Company and follows through signed and existing contracts;
• Assures customers’ satisfaction via services and solutions that meet their needs;
• Makes sure procedures and conditions stated in contracts are followed;
• Proposes to Sales Manager detailed Sales Action Plans for the customers in portfolio.
• Keenly follows market’s trends and evolution and closely monitors competitors’ activities and initiatives;
• Regularly controls sales results on customers in portfolio proposing proper corrective actions to enable assigned targets.
Minimum requirements:
• University degree, preferable in economics
• At least 2 years experience in consultative sales, preferable in automotive.
• Good knowledge of Romanian automotive market.
• Desire to help in building up a market reference organization.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Driving licence.
