Customer arrives with a power steering leak, I'm told the power steering pipe/hose to the pump, first time for everything, so investigated and yes could see power steering fluid spraying from the 19 mm bolt of the pipe to pump. Order new pipe(s), struggled like hell to unbolt the 19 mm bolt from the pump, calling Ford something wicked, then after removal and struggling to put the new pipe nut on, I decided to UTube it and see if there were a Product Animation Video, there is, simply don't fit the new 17 mm nut onto the new pipe before fitting, rather, just screw the nut into the pump and tighten it, then insert the pipe through the 17 mm nut and put the 10 mm bolt through the mounting bracket, push in, tighten up job done.

We do serious struggle when we don't know any different the first time round don't we!
