Este raportul intre viteza unghiulara a axului de intrare in cutia de viteze si cea a celui de iesire.
In exemplul tau, la treapta VI mi se pare ca-i gresit.

Rapoartele de transmisie reprezinta treptele de viteza smile.gif
Ia exemplul de la bicicleta cu viteze: ai o roata cu un diametru legata la pedale si 5 (sa zicem) roti de diametre diferite la roata din spate.
Daca cuplezi roata cea mai mica pedalezi mai greu dar ai cuplu mai mare wink.gif Cand vrei sa urci dealuri treci pe o astfel de treapta, Daca in schimb vrei sa mergi repede, treci pe treptele care iti permit sa pedalezi repede, la care diametrul discului zimtat din spate este apropiat de cel din fata.

La fel si la masini, la cutiile de viteze: raportul dintre numarul de dinti al discurilor treptelor de viteza si cel al discului ce transmite la roti este raportul de transmisie.

Treapta 1: o roata "'mare" (multi dinti) invarte o raota mai mica, deci motorul nu se poate invarti prea repede, dar forta e mai mare. Invers, la treptele 5 sau 6 (overdrive), raportul este subunitar, deci se poate vietza mai mare, dar forta mai mica.

Treapta VI e gresita pentru ca cutia e manuala cu 5 trepte, deci treapta a 6-a nu exista. Nu stiu de ce au dat-o la motor, cand scrie clar ca e cu 5 manual.
OK, explicatia stiitifica am inteles-o...partial blush.gif
Dar, cum sa interpretez eu numerele astea? Cand stiu ca treptele sunt lungi/scurte, cutia e pentru condus mai sportiv sau mai relaxat, detalii de genul asta?

Nu e chiar asa. De fapt este invers din ce zici tu acolo.

Mai concret:
Motorul face 1000 de ture pe minut. Daca raportul de transmisie ar fi 1:1 atunci si rotile ar face 1000 de rotatii pe minut. INSA motorul nu poate urni masina in acest caz (sau o va face foarte greu, ceva in genul plecat de pe loc cu treapta a4a). De aceea exista mai multe trepte, subunitare. In cazul de mai sus tr. 1 raportul e de 1:1.895 adica motorul se invarte de 1895 de ori iar rotile doar de 1000 de ori. in treptele superioare, acest raport creste pana devine supraunitar. Ex. treapta a 5-a 1:0.649. Motorul se invarte de 649 ori iar rotile de 1000 de ori.

Aceste rapoarte sunt folosite pentru a lansa masina. Mai exact, in treptele de viteza inferioare, cuplul la roata este mai mare iar motorul reuseste sa urneasca masina. Cand ajunge la o viteza destul de mare, se poate cupla urmatoarea treapta care are un raport de demultiplicare mai mic insa creste viteza.

La bicicleta, este ceva similar. Sa zicem ca pe axul pedalelor este un singur disc (foaie) mare. La roata din spate sunt 5 pinioane de diferite marimi. Daca vei muta lantul pe pinionul cel mai mic si vei incepe sa pedalezi, vei vedea ca iti va fi foarte greu. Daca vei pune lantul pe un pinion mai mare, cuplul la roata va creste si vei putea pedala mi usor. in acesc caz insa, nu vei putea prinde viteza mare. Vei pedala foarte tare insa te vei misca incet. Dar efortul va fi mic. Ca sa prinzi viteza, muti lantul pe urmatorul pinion. Cand vei prinde viteza, poti muta iar pe urmatorul pinion, pana ajungi la cel mai mic pinion care are rata de demultiplicare cea mai mica. Daca dai de un deal, va trebui sa schimbi iarasi pe un pinion mai mare pentru a creste cuplul rotii.[/b]

De asemenea mai exista prin fizica o formula foarte sugestiva:

P=F*V

Pentru o anumita turatie, puterea motorului este constanta. Practic rapoartele alea de transmisie iti distributie tie ponderea intr-unul din cei doi membri: forta sau viteza.

La treapta I ai forta mare (atentie, este vorba la roata!) si viteza mica. Este treapta in care "te lipeste de scaun", "pleci cu scartz", "urci muntii" etc.

In treapta a V-a, ai viteza mare, dar forta la roata e mica, de unde si "abia fac o depasire", "imi moare la deal" etc.

Eh, acum iei forta aia, pe care ai reglat-o din rapoartele de transmisie, si o bagi in Newton:

F=m*a

Masa masini este constanta, forta e reglezi din rapoarte, rezulta acceleratiile: treapta mica, ai forta mare, ai acceleratie buna (chestie cu lipitul de scaun). Ai treapta mare, ai forta mica, ai acceleratie slaba.

Mai departe evident intervine si faptul ca puterea motorului creste odata cu turatia, si ca masini diferite au motoare de puteri diferite (adica un BMW muschiulos are in treapta a 5-a o acceleratie mai buna decit un Logan intr-a treia....) dar astea sint din alt film!

In plus, raportul se obtine inmultind raportul de demultiplicare al fiecarei trepte cu cel final. In prima treapta de exemplu, pentru o tura a rotii motorul face 1.895x3.938 ture. Raportul asta de demultiplicare a turatiei e si un raport de multiplicare a cuplului.
Tocmai de asta comparatiile directe diesel-benzinar in materie de cuplu nu prea au nici o semnificatie.

De ce tot spuneti voi ca in treapta I raportul e 1895, cand eu vad ca asta e in a II-a. la treapta I vad ca e 3250. Sau gresesc undeva?

In treapta I demultiplicarea este 3,25. Asta inseamna ca la 1 rpm a axului de intrare corespund 3,25 rpm a axului de iesire.

viteza aia 6 s-ar putea sa fie chiar raportul final de multiplicare.

aprecierea de rap. cutiei de viteze scurte sau lungi depinde si de cuplul motorului si de masa masinii. un Tico nu are nevoie de un cuplu la roata asa de mare ca un Passat. biggrin.gif
