Hello,

Recently I picked up a an UP! Plus off a mate, but I've got a bit of problem with it ...I've run a couple of prints on a project , but it always seems to stop depositing materials after ~2-3mm of build. The head continues on it's merry way, but no material is being deposited. There's no birds nest around the extruder nozzle, and no waste material lying about the place, it just stops extruding.

I'm still new to this, but from my limited deductive skills, it seems like the stepper motor is stopping feeding the filament ... on the other hand, there's not burned material around the extruder, so I'm starting to wonder if the heater has been switched off too.I should say that after the first failed print, I cleaned the gear on the extruder stepper motor, but the result was the same. So, has anybody got any ideas what the problem might be? Extruder stepper, or a controller board ...

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
